Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Caribbean Styles UK. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy processing time is within 5-10 business days. Orders can be shipped or delivered on weekends but not on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard cost is £3.99 via Royal Mail with delivery depending on stock availability and volume.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Caribbean Styles UK is not responsible for any Custom Duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages.

Caribbean Styles UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However please contact us and keep us posted about your claim and we will endeavor to send you a replacement product in good-will. 

International Shipping Policy.

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Caribbean Styles. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase we are happy to help.

  1. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Unfortunately you will be responsible for your return shipping costs.

  2. Your item/s must be unused and in same condition that you received it.

  3. Your item/s must be in the original packaging.

  4. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  5. On receiving your item/s we will inspect and notify that we've received it.

  6. Once your return is approved we will initiate an exchange for item/s of your choice within the same price range at our discretion.

  7. Item/s will be shipped to your chosen location free of charge.

  8. Finally If you have any questions on how to return item to us, contact us.
